Brenda Biesterfeld, an assistant librarian, notifies the police that a library patron is using library computers to download child p*rn. The cops come along and do their duty by arresting the lowlife piece of dog excrement.
The assisant librarian then gets fired.
That sure doesn't seem right. Thankfully, the Liberty Counsel thinks likewise and has taken the case.
Let's hope that the head librarian loses her job and assistant gets hers back.

Well, that hardly seems right. My question is, what exactly is the head librarian thinking when she says "the library will handle it internally"? Unless the library thinks it is the equal of the Catholic church.
On second, belated, thought, disregard that last sentence. It may be a bit out of bounds.
It doesn't bother me, Ed, although I did miss the point at first. :-)
