Some smart American said it long ago... we won't lose our freedoms all at once, but slowly as they (the ones in power) chip away at them one by one. Here's an example.
Should she be smoking in a vehicle with her kids in there also? Probably not and if she gave it some serious thought she probably wouldn't. However, it should be a personal matter and NOT the business of the government.
