Yes, I know it's not traditional, but I like it "Spotted Dog" style

Long overdue and much needed ~ The Society for the Preservation of Irish Soda Bread.

Hopefully, it's not too late to save it.

*Spotted Dog, you ask? That's Irish Soda Bread with raisins in it. The tradionalists look down their noses at that particular variation.

Regarding the comment on Spotted Dick... I sure didn't know that it was a Heinz product.
