Positive and Negative

I don't really have any opinion on Harriet Mier, the President's pick to replace O'Connor on the Supreme Court. It's way above my paygrade, plus there are lots of others who are much smarter than me that are making comments and analyses.

So, rather than eat up bandwidth with any inane viewpoint from me*, I'll just link you to a positive outlook and one of the many not-so-positive outlooks on the lady.

*Although I do have to wonder why it's not Meyer, or Myer, or the very closely spelled Meijer (which is pronounced Meyer), even. What's up with that?
