"It really doesn't have anything to do with being a female," she said. "It's about the duties I performed that day as a soldier."
And she darned sure did some serious duty that day.
Weekend warrior? I don't think I ever want to hear that term again. Not when the Reserve and Guard have people of that caliber serving. Wow!
