About 12 years ago I splurged and bought myself a neck-through, solid koa wood, $700 Carvin DC-127 custom guitar. Not to mention the small fortune I spent over the years in books, tapes, and CDs on how to play the blues. I'm not too bad at it after all that money and time. But, I tell you I couldn't hold a candle to these kids with guitars made from mufflers.
What can I say? It must be a soul thing. :-)

good road trip music.gtq
Yeah, if you can afford road trips.
I squandered our economic stimulus payment by putting it all into our ExxonMobil dividend reinvestment plan instead of putting it in the gas tank.
