You have to admit that phrase is a hook. It's Newt's solution to get the Congresscritters off their tree-hugging, elk-kissing butts and start doing something to lower the price of fuel.
It's criminal that we're sitting on all of this oil in ANWR and the outer continental shelf and yet we have to go to the Middle East dictators to buy their oil.
