It was a 6-3 vote in the Supreme Court. These split votes always bother me. It just tells me that either six or three members of the court do not understand the Constitution - or they're voting party line. Either of which is scary for the highest court in the land.
Yeah, you have to wonder what the problem was with the 3 dissenters. Like I've read, you have to have photo id to buy beer and cigs, why not to vote?
