The plan seems good. Assuming he can get it rolling. Despite the fact that many believe he is putting on a good ol' boy persona, I believe Fred actually is a good ol' boy. Unfortunately, like many good ol' boys, I think he is too lazy to actually make it happen.
Well, as long as his vice is in the mold of Dick Cheney, I wouldn't worry too much.
