He'll keep America on offense in the Terrorists’ War? He'll cut taxes? He'll cut wasteful Washington spending? He'll lead America towards energy independence?
Reminds me of the 1994 Contract with America by Newt Gingrich and the Congressional Republicans. Except this "contract" is from Rudy Guliani and goes by the title of 12 commitments to the American people.
Well, Rudy, I'm still on the fence regarding who I'll support in 2008. But, I have to tell you that if you truly mean all of that then I'm impressed, I am impressed.
