Smart places to live according to Kiplinger Magazine.
I've been to a number of them and would have to say that I like Asheville (my fraternal roots are there), Lexington is fine, it's our destination whenever we decide it's time to visit a "Big City", Boise is a hidden gem, and I enjoyed my several trips to Ogden, Utah.
But, Philadelphia? St Louis? Atlanta? Uh, no thanks, I'm just passing through.
