High-tech treasure hunt

Dave Ulmer started it all six years ago today with the very first Geocache.

I always thought that would be kind of fun. I like the outdoors; I like maps and things like that; but I don't own a GPS thingamajig and I'm too frugal to buy one just to go tromp around the woods.

Frugal... not cheap... there's a difference.
