In my youth (actually, not all that long ago if I think about it) I used to frequent bars and would occasionally drink in excess. That sort of behavior was tolerated, to a certain degree, as long as you didn't bother anyone or do something too stupid.
In other words, you're just sitting there having a few cold ones and minding your own business. Nothing wrong with that, right?
Well, it seems in some parts of the country you can't even do that. Check this one out.
