Today's handy-dandy Windows tip

I like to think I keep my PC lean, clean and powerful. However, a Tech Republic article clued me into something that I knew, but had forgotten. That unless you uninstall a device driver on a Windows XP machine it may still be in there sucking up system resources.

Ghost devices - this article will tell you how to find 'em and more important, how to get rid of 'em.

If you don't have the Windows - Break key, you can always right click the My Computer icon on your desktop, left click the Properties and you'll get the dialog box.
