Having worked beside Army folk, I knew they did everything by the book and they absorbed new information and knowledge quickly, as long as it was in comic book format. *
But still, I think this initiative is carrying it a bit too far.
* Acutally it is a top-notch, montly publication that even us Air Force maintenance pukes looked forward to reading.
