I'm not particularly enthused about his permanent $3.00 a gallon plan, but the man does make several good points.
He's definitely right about how we all forgot the oil embargo of the 70s and started buying up the gas guzzlers again. Hey, I'm guilty as we've a '96 Blazer that gets terrible gas mileage. But luckily it's not the main ride for the Mrs and me. It's a backup vehicle and occasional dog(s)-to-the-vet hauler.
