It's a Hewlett-Packard-Bell with a Pentootium Drive

I've never worked customer service or root or sys admin or any other computer specialist role. But, as one who accepted the new technology early on and tried to learn all I could about it, I have found myself the office go-to-guy for computer questions a few times in my work career.

So, I can appreciate some of these computer follies.
