Trust me, this isn't going to become a regular feature, but I ran into this bit of wise counsel and thought I'd share it.
Captain Penny's Law: You can fool all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time, but you can't fool MOM.
For me, that one was definitely true. The ol' girl was sharp as a tack. You couldn't slip nothing by her. Her ability to detect Bravo Sierra was truly amazing. I don't think she was ever fooled by anyone, ever.
