I know, I promised no more Katrina posts, but I found an article that makes sense. Get the Feds out of the flood insurance business and also get the Corps of Engineers out of levee management. And amazingly... the article was in the New York Times! of all places.
Okay... now, NO MAS! on Katrina and this time I mean it!
