For the dog owners out there

Today's foreign language lesson:

Japanese (I think), compliments of a southern gentleman formerly known as Travelin' Ed, now known as Ramblin' Ed. I believe the little doggie dropped his soft chocolate ice cream and is saying in Japanese doggie-talk, "Doh! I dropped my ice cream!"

And now in French and English. And here, there's not much to it, but it means if you're out walking your dog and the little Japanese dog was too lazy to pick up his ice cream, then would you please go ahead and put it in the trash for him.
