So, the Prez has selected John Roberts as his nominee for the Supreme Court vacancy.

Yawn...

Here's some of my past thoughts on the courts. Plus, this post and of course, this insightful piece from Chuck Baldwin.

That's about all I'm going to comment on about the courts, judicial nominees, Senate hearings, ad infinitum. Although, I do have to make one comment regarding something about the man. Roberts wrote, "Rational basis review does not authorize the judiciary to sit as a superlegislature."

If he ends up on the Supreme Court, let's hope he always remembers those words.
