It's time for replacing the old ones with new ones.

The roofer asked me Friday, "It's awfully hot and humid. Do you mind if we start early each day and knock off about noon?"

I replied, "No, no problem. I can understand you not wanting to be up on a roof in the afternoon in this heat."

6:15 a.m. they showed up. Six fifteen in the a.m. Now I know what "early " means in roofer time.
