A tall tail?

Eh, it makes a great story and who knows, it just may be true. But this story is just a bit hard to believe. I don't know, folks.

So you think they're possibly telling the truth and I think they might be "lion".

They were probably protecting her like a hobo would protect a canned ham. Not so much to keep her from harm, but waiting til the time is right to eat her without having to share.

That's my theory anyway. You, and the squirrel guy, may believe more in the inherent kindness of wild, meat eating, predatory animals. And really, who's to say who's right?

Well yes, Ed, they could be "lion" and when you think about it, this story didn't make the MSM, ("Mane" Stream Media), but the Yahoo "News of the World" page or some nonsensical thing like that.

Actually, I posted it as one of those human interest type stories.

Ehhhh, actually, you want the truth?

Okay... it's summer, the weather is beautiful and I just don't spend a lot of time on this computer when the weather's so nice. So, the blog posting lately has been these "quickies" with little substance. Not erudite and thoughtful like your blog and the others that I regularly visit.

I'm so ashamed..

Mane Stream Media...good one, old boy. Didn't even see it coming.

You use quickies for filler, I use pictures. Same thing only different.

Today on my post, though, I've been typing up a storm. Don't know why.

Anyway, mostly just wanted to give you kudos for MSM.
