Fred Reed

I don't recall how I stumbled onto this one. But by the 3rd paragraph the memory cells are alerting and I'm thinking that I've read this guy before. Who is this? Fred Reed... Fred Reed... of course, Fred Reed. Raconteur, good ol' boy, Vietnam Vet, writer and columnist, - Fred Reed.

I've read his stuff off and on over the years. He's obviously an intelligent man and can be entertaining, but sometimes his bluntness would wear me down before I could finish the piece. Also, I don't agree with him on everything, but I certainly admire his writing with no hint of political correctness found anywhere in it.
