Praise for Arlen Specter (I just saw a pig fly by)

I don't do a lot of news de jour stuff. There are plenty of others that do it and do it well. So, why should I? However, Red State has some praise for a speech that Arlen Specter made yesterday , plus a link to the speech. Yes, I did indeed use the words "praise" AND "Arlen Specter" in the same sentence. So, you can understand why I chose to go out of character and point out such an unusual event.
