Why didn't he just have them bring a picture of their guns. Unloaded guns are just decoration.
I suppose it was such a radical idea for the Louisville area that he felt it best to go w/o ammo.
I was just being flip. His was a step in the right direction as opposed to having them turn in guns to be broken up.
